20 Black Adults Beat White Man In Attempt to Get ‘Justice for Trayvon’

April 24, 2012 at 3:19 pm (Alabama, Ashley Parker, Florida, George Zimmerman, Hate Crime, Justice For Trayvon, Matthew Owens, Racism, Trayvon Martin, Violence)

If Zimmerman is acquitted, these events will explode exponentially in number.

The only place where you can read about this attack is in the blogosphere.  You will not see it reported at MSNBC, CNN, or Fox.  That is, until the blogs force the exposure and the mainstream media tries to play catch up.

From WKRG:

Mobile police need your help to catch a mob that beat Matthew Owens so badly that he’s in critical condition.

According to police, Owens fussed at some kids playing basketball in the middle of Delmar Drive about 8:30 Saturday night. They say the kids left and a group of adults returned, armed with everything but the kitchen sink.

Police tell News 5 the suspects used chairs, pipes and paint cans to beat Owens.

Owens’ sister, Ashley Parker, saw the attack. “It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed.” Parker says 20 people, all African American, attacked her brother on the front porch of his home, using “brass knuckles, paint cans and anything they could get their hands on.”

Police will only say “multiple people” are involved.

What Parker says happened next could make the fallout from the brutal beating even worse. As the attackers walked away, leaving Owen bleeding on the ground,Parker says one of them said “Now thats justice for Trayvon.” Trayvon Martin is the unarmed teenager police say was shot and killed February 26 by neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida.

The police are downplaying the Trayvon angle to help quell more violence.  The media however, is downplaying it because it isn’t a racist hate crime unless it involves a ‘white hispanic’ man on a black man.

As Ace reminds us, this is the third violent attack which cites ‘justice for Trayvon’ as a motivation.  The Baltimore beating, the Chicago mugging, and now this attack in Alabama.

Ace adds:

I repeat: No national coverage of this racial hate crime pattern in the media.

Apparently some victims are unworthy, and some hatred and violence is justified.

Is Obama going to say anything? Call at least one of the victims? Attempt to bring calm?  Attempt a “Sister Souljah” moment (which could actually benefit him politically) and call out violent black racists?

Apparently not, and the media has decided that’s their preferred political strategy, too.

Obama: Make Your Life Complete, Meet Me and George Clooney

April 24, 2012 at 1:17 pm (Campaign, Cash, Complete, George Clooney, Life, President Obama, Twitter)

If meeting President Obama and George Clooney are to be my life’s completion, then I want to live forever…

Via Breitbart:

Excitement! Thrills! Hobnobbing with the crème de la crème of American society! All of these can be yours if you toss Barack Obama some cash.

That, at least, is the message of President Obama’s latest campaign to raise money: he’s emailed his supporters asking for donations, which enter them into a lottery to attend a fundraiser at George Clooney’s home. Here’s what President Obama tweeted:

Yes, it is certainly on our life lists to meet President Obama and George Clooney! Who wouldn’t want to meet these intellectual giants, these moral heavyweights? Our lives revolve around such momentous encounters.

Report: TSA Accuses Crying 4-Year-Old of Carrying a Gun at Kansas Airport

April 24, 2012 at 10:50 am (4-Year-Old, Airport, Brademeyer, Isabella, Kansas, Terrorist, TSA)

In related news, had this happened to a suspicious looking person who fit the profile of a radical terrorist, CAIR, the ACLU, Al Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson, would all be demanding that the TSA agents be fired.

But including four-year-olds in intense security screenings just to prove political correctness is perfectly acceptable.

This story is disgraceful on so many levels…

Via the Daily Mail:

Of all the many complaints about airport security and the TSA, one of the most common is that they make little distinction between plausible security threats and passengers unlikely to be doing anything wrong.

And a recent incident in Wichita, Kansas has reinforced that argument, as a four-year-old girl was apparently subjected to a humiliating ordeal after she hugged her grandmother while she was waiting in line.

The girl was accused of having a gun and declared a ‘high security threat’, while agents threatened to shut down the whole airport if she could not be calmed down.

When asked about the overbearing treatment the girl received, a TSA spokesman did not apologise and insisted that correct procedures had been followed.

A description of the incident provides no further comfort for those wondering if this is being blown out of proportion.

Apparently the family’s grandmother had triggered an alarm on the airport security system.  She was subsequently held back, and in the confusion the little girl ran back to give the grandmother a hug.

That’s when things got a little crazy, with TSA agents accusing the grandmother of passing a gun to the child, then proceeded to take their anger out on that child.

In her terror, Isabella tried to run away rather than face a full body pat-down, which unsurprisingly enraged the TSA officers further.

One officer even told the girl’s mother that the airport would have to be shut down and every flight cancelled if the four-year-old did not co-operate.

They also apparently described the little girl as a ‘high security threat’.

As Isabella was taken into a side room for a pat-down, accompanied by her mother, she could not stop crying and refused to let the agents touch her.

An officer repeatedly said she had ‘seen a gun in a teddy bear’ in the past, in an apparent attempt to justify the situation.

Ms Brademeyer continued: ‘The TSO loomed over my daughter, with an angry grimace on her face, and ordered her to stop crying.

‘When my scared child could not do so, two TSOs called for backup saying, “The suspect is not cooperating.” The suspect, of course, being a frightened child. They treated my daughter no better than if she had been a terrorist.’

And yet, treating a possible terrorist as a terrorist would be branded bigoted or Islamophobic.

Who Better to Chair a Panel on Genocide Than a Woman Who Wanted to Invade Israel?

April 24, 2012 at 9:00 am (2008 Election, Atrocities Prevention Board, Holocaust, Israel, Jewish, President Obama, Samantha Power)

To think, 78% of the Jewish vote went to Obama-Biden in 2008…

Via Yid With Lid:

Only Barack Obama! Today the President tried to show he was a friend of the Jews with a beautifully crafted speech Holocaust Museum. Showing his words mean nothing, also today Samantha Power began work today as chair of  President Barack Obama’s new Atrocities Prevention Board. If you don’t remember Ms Power she once called for a US force to invade Israel and force through a “peace settlement.” Powers also had some unflattering things to say about about America’s Jewish population during the 2008 campaign

How long do you think it will be before Powers uses that board as tool to de-legitimize Israel?

Power was a foreign policy adviser to the Obama campaign in 2008 when she blamed the Jews for the criticism of then Candidate Obama’s foreign policy platform.

In an interview in 2002, Power suggested that she would advise the President to stage an American ground invasion of Israel in response to recent events involving Palestine and Israel.

Yid adds…

Today President Obama spoke at the US Holocaust Museum, his words were pretty but it is his actions that tell the tale.

In her own words Samantha Powers has attacked Israel when it had done no wrong, and blamed the Jews for Obama’s campaign troubles. The appointment of Samantha Power to head up the new Atrocities Prevention Board, which under her tutelage is sure to become a forum for false attacks against Israel, is just one more example of Obama’s  actions not matching his words.

Cuomo Administration Caught Trying to Silence Whistleblower

April 24, 2012 at 6:43 am (Courtney Burke, Governor Cuomo, Jeffrey Monsour, New York, New York Times, Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Roy McDonald, Senate)

Apparently, quashing dissenting opinions is a staple of New York government…

From the AP, via the Troy Record:

The Cuomo administration tried to keep a whistleblower from a Senate hearing on the state’s care for the disabled, where speakers Monday recounted stories of daily abuse in a system portrayed as unable to keep even repeat abusers away from the victims.

The whistleblower is Jeffrey Monsour, a state worker and outspoken critic of the system that provides care to thousands of people. Monsour’s invitation to speak at Republican Sen. Roy McDonald’s “round table” was withdrawn Saturday after a call by the administration of Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo, but Monsour was invited again after The New York Times prepared to reveal the decision.

Courtney Burke, commissioner of the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, told reporters it was “a misunderstanding,” but wouldn’t explain. She then said in brief comments to the panel that the Cuomo administration has made “tremendous” strides in protecting the disabled in the state system, while recognizing it wasn’t enough for some advocates. She left after making her remarks.

McDonald wouldn’t detail his discussions with the administration representatives who called his office about Monsour. Later McDonald said he wouldn’t “make enemies” in the administration or Legislature who could keep him from making legislative changes in the system.

Wait, what ever happened to the courageous Roy McDonald?  The one who just says “f*** it … I’m trying to do the right thing“?  That guy has gone from Johnny Bravo to tap dancing for the Governor?

Cuomo tries to strong arm a whistleblower out of an open invite discussion on abuse in the system, gets caught red handed by the New York Times, and then has to back off.  How very transparent and open of the Governor.
