Report: Nearly 600 Democrats Registered in North Carolina Are Over the Age of 112

October 22, 2012 at 1:19 pm (2012 Election, Democrats, Fountain of Youth, North Carolina, Ponce de Leon, Registered, Seniors, Voter Fraud)

Apparently, Ponce de Leon was looking in the wrong place.  The fountain of youth is located in the state of North Carolina, and it’s remarkably politically biased.

Via Examiner:

According to a post originally from the Silence Dogood political blog report, there were at least 758 individuals over the age of 112 who had either risen from their respective graves, or otherwise, to vote once again for the Democrats in charge, who might apparently have also guaranteed them an ever-lasting vote for life and beyond.

In visiting the political tracking site, we later found the same story in evidence, except the number of centenarian voters had increased measurably to 832 voters over the age of 112. Of these voters, over 70% were slated as Democrats, with a diminutive 25% counted as Republicans. The rest were unaffiliated.

When peering a little more deeply at the numbers we find that an astounding 2,374 people between the ages of 94 and 100 have already voted in the NC election to date. While an even more astounding 832 votes came from those individuals aged 112. However, according to the Guinness book of world records, the oldest living person in the world, at present, lives in Japan and is 114 years old. It would seem obvious that, according to the NC vote registry, this old fellow might be nudged aside in the near future, especially considering the crop of spry 112 year-olds seemingly alive and well in the old North State.

But, but, voter fraud is a myth!

Nice Deb writes:

The only way the Empty Chair can win is through voter fraud and campaign finance fraud. What can be done when the only thing the regime’s corrupt DOJ is doing to police the vote is focusing on “conservative voter suppression.”

Democrats: Americans Don’t Care About Benghazi, But They Care About Bin Laden

October 15, 2012 at 7:10 am (2012 Election, Benghazi, Christopher Stevens, Democrats, Donna Edwards, Foreign Policy, Libya, Mitt Romney, Obama Administration, Osama Bin laden, Situation Room, Stephanie Cutter)

Democrats for some reason seem to think that the singular act of killing Osama bin Laden equates to a successful foreign policy.

Problem is, the President’s other foreign policy tactics – disarming our Marines, creating a policy of ‘courageous restraint’, negotiating with the Taliban by releasing their commanders in exchange for a “promise” of peace talks, and failing to provide adequate security to our consulate buildings – demonstrate a complete lack of understanding of world events.

There is real concern over the President’s weak foreign policy.

On CNN’s The Situation Room yesterday Democratic Rep. Donna Edwards joined Stephanie Cutter and Team Obama in dismissing real concerns over Libya.

Watch as she first admonishes that we must “take the politics out of this,” then drops this bomb:

“…what voters care about, they may not care about Benghazi, but they care about Bin Laden.”

Utterly disgraceful.
The polls seem to indicate otherwise, as Obama has been sliding consistently since the real story about Benghazi has come to light.  Prior to the attack and cover up, Obama polled strongly in foreign policy, having a 49 to 41% edge over Mitt Romney regarding the question of ‘who do you trust to do a better job of protecting Americans from terrorist attacks’.  Now those results have reversed course, with Romney leading 48 to 42%.
We care, Ms. Edwards.  We care about being attacked on the anniversary of 9/11.  We care about the administration covering it up.  We care about being lied to.
Ask Christopher Stevens family if they care about Benghazi.

Pollsters Really Want You to Believe Obama is Winning Big, Problem Is They Don’t Believe It Themselves

September 26, 2012 at 11:08 am (2012 Election, Bias, Democrats, Florida, Hugh Hewett, Mitt Romney, New York Times, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Peter Brown, Polls, President Obama, Quinnipiac)

A new poll released by the New York Times seems to be very dreadful news for the Romney campaign.

For weeks, Republicans in Ohio have been watching with worry that the state’s vital 18 electoral votes were trending away from Mitt Romney. The anxiety has been similar in Florida, where Republicans are concerned that President Obama is gaining the upper hand in the fight for the state’s 29 electoral votes.

Those fears are affirmed in the findings of the latest Quinnipiac University/New York Times/CBS News polls of likely voters in both states, which show that Mr. Obama has widened his lead over Mr. Romney and is outperforming him on nearly every major campaign issue, even though about half said they were disappointed in Mr. Obama’s presidency.

Upon further review, the poll is just another example of how the media is intentionally manipulating numbers in an attempt to keep Romney voters discouraged, and by extension, from showing up to the polls.

Jamie Wearing Fools explains just how the Times ended up with their numbers, and why the reality is that those swing states appear more as a dead heat right now, than a landslide victory for the President.

So Obama allegedly is up 10 in Ohio, 9 in Florida and 12 in Pennsylvania? Sure.
Here’s the sample they use.
So Obama is up 9 in Florida with a D+9 sample, up 10 in Ohio with a D+9 sample and up 12 in Pennsylvania with a D+11 sample. I notice in all the orgasmic news reports this morning none of them mention the ridiculous skew to the polls. But all you will hear all day is how big a lead Obama has.

Here’s the real kicker though.  The Assistant Director of Quinnipiac Polling, when asked about the sampling data used in a previous similarly skewed poll stated that even he didn’t think the numbers matched up with the likely voter turnout come November.

From Da Tech Guy:

By an odd coincidence the last time this poll came out Hugh Hewett questioned Peter Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac Polls and asked him about this (emphasis mine):

Hugh Hewett: But I don’t know how that goes to the issue, Peter, so help me. I’m not being argumentative, I really want to know. Why would guys run a poll with nine percent more Democrats than Republicans when that percentage advantage, I mean, if you’re trying to tell people how the state is going to go, I don’t think this is particularly helpful, because you’ve oversampled Democrats, right?

Peter Brown: But we didn’t set out to oversample Democrats. We did our normal, random digit dial way of calling people. And there were, these are likely voters. They had to pass a screen. Because it’s a presidential year, it’s not a particularly heavy screen.

HH: And so if, in fact, you had gotten a hundred Democrats out of a hundred respondents that answered, would you think that poll was reliable?

PB: Probably not at 100 out of 100.

HH: Okay, so if it was 75 out of 100…

PB: Well, I mean…

HH: I mean, when does it become unreliable? You know you’ve just put your foot on the slope, so I’m going to push you down it. When does it become unreliable?

PB: Like the Supreme Court and pornography, you know it when you see it.

HH: Well, a lot of us look at a nine point advantage in Florida, and we say we know that to be the polling equivalent of pornography. Why am I wrong?

PB: Because what we found when we made the actual calls is this kind of party ID.

HH: Do you expect Democrats, this is a different question, do you, Peter Brown, expect Democrats to have a nine point registration advantage when the polls close on November 6th in Florida?

PB: Well, first, you don’t mean registration.

HH: I mean, yeah, turnout.

PB: Do I think…I think it is probably unlikely.

This is the man conducting the polls saying essentially that he doesn’t think the oversampling of Democrats used in the poll will be representative of the turnout in November.

There’s still plenty of work for Romney to do to win these swing states, but Republicans need not nearly be as concerned as the media would like them to be.

Powerful Video: Three Times Democrats Said No to God

September 6, 2012 at 6:00 pm (Allen West, Democrat National Convention, Democrats, God, Religion, War on Religion, Wolf Blitzer)

Yesterday, Democrats held an embarrassing voice vote on whether the word “God” should be reinstated into their platform.

God had been omitted from the platform earlier in the week.

Allen West has responded by releasing the following ad which states, “Three Times They Said No to God“.

The ad shows the disaster that developed on the convention floor in which Democrats vehemently booed and screamed as the resolution was forced through against their wishes.  It concludes with Wolf Blitzer stating, “Who would’ve thought the word ‘God’ would’ve been so controversial?”

As a reader stated earlier, perhaps this was what they were referring to when Democrats spoke of a lightning strike at the convention.

Disaster at the DNC: Democrats Boo and Scream as "God" is Forced Back Onto Platform

September 6, 2012 at 7:09 am (Anderson Cooper, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Democrat National Convention, Democrat Party Platform, Democrats, Disaster, Embarrassment, God, Jerusalem, John King, Michael Savage)

Democrats held a voice vote yesterday in an attempt to get God and Jerusalem back onto their platform.  Republicans had roundly ripped President Obama and the Democrats after it was discovered that the language had been omitted in the party’s official platform.

It was a clear attempt to pander to the pro-Israeli vote, after the sudden realization that Americans do actually like their government supporting its closest ally in the Middle East.  And it was a clear attempt to reverse an embarrassing situation in which Democrats were revealed as the Godless party.

The voice vote required two-thirds majority to get God and Jerusalem back into the platform, and as you can see by this video it was an epic disaster on the floor of the DNC.

First off, the Democrats clearly were forcing the issue.  They never had two-thirds of the votes to secure the change, and had to put the vote through three separate times.  After the third attempt, the crowd was still clearly split, yet it was illegally ratified anyway.

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, whose main job is to constantly lie about everything in front of her said, “It was absolutely a two-thirds”.  Watch that video again – there is absolutely no way they had a two-thirds majority.  CNN’s Anderson Cooper agreed, calling Wasserman-Scultz’ interpretation “an alternate reality”.

Second, the optics of a crowd booing and screaming because God was put back on the party platform is incredibly bad.
New York Senate candidate Wendy Long had this to say about the incident:

“Sad is the only way to describe what happened tonight at the Democratic Convention in Charlotte. It took three roll calls for Kirsten Gillibrand and the Democrats to ram through the obvious, first an acknowledgement that ‘God’ belongs in their party platform and second that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.  (They owe) an apology for this profoundly disturbing display.”

Even the normally compliant media had a field day with the Democrat delegates.  Here is a sampling of the commentary coming from the media…

Democrat Strategist Paul Begala on CNN:  “Beyond awkward. It’s embarrassing. It’s stupid. It’s an unforced error by my party.”

CNN”s John King: “Normally you count your ducks. If you’re going to fix something in an open convention, you count your ducks first. That was embarrassing.”

King would later add this – “This is Keystone Cops”:

Radio host Michael Savage thinks this could be a major turning point in the election.

“Can you imagine a nation founded on the principles of God is being taken over by a party that despises God, denies God’s existence and wants to stab Israel in the back in order to support the Islamists who would kill the Jews and drive them out of the Middle East?” he asked.

Things are so bad after this fumble that chief Democrat operatives have had to cancel interviews today.

What a joke.

Guest Post: PLEASE HELP – Teach Democrats Not to Cheapen Holocaust With Fake Nazi References

September 5, 2012 at 3:51 pm (Adolf Hitler, Democrats, Dick Harpootlian, Eva Braun, Holocaust, Joseph Goebbels, Nazis, Nikki Haley, Pat Lehman, Paul Ryan, Republicans, Yid with Lid)

The following post is from one of New York’s finest bloggers known as Yid With Lid.  With the Democrats making their third reference thus far comparing Republicans to Nazis, the emotion with which Lid writes can not be heightened with further commentary.  So simply read and help…

How Dare They!!!  Why do Democrats keep on cheapening the memory of the Holocaust with inappropriate references to the Holocaust?

Today it was South Carolina Democratic Party chairman Dick Harpootlian who, according to Adam Beam, reporter for South Carolina’s The State newspaper,  likened Republican GOP governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina to Eva Braun, the wife of Nazi tyrant Adolph Hitler.

According to Beam:

S.C. Democratic Chairman Dick Harpootlian, never a loss for a quick quip, tossed a few stinging one-liners at the Wednesday delegation breakfast.

On Gov. Nikki Haley participating in daily news briefings in a basement studio at the NASCAR Hall of Fame: ‘She was down in the bunker a la Eva Braun.’

This comes on top of Pat Lehman described as the Dean of the Kansas delegation comparing Paul Ryan to Hitler:

Lehman said Republicans, especially vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan, are on track to “dismantle Medicare and Medicaid and every other social program, including education.”

She said education is the only route most Americans can use to improve their lives and “the thought of having our public education system basically devastated, I’m really worried about that.”

Lehman said her biggest concern about the election itself is voter-identification laws that Republicans have pushed through in a number of states, including Kansas.

She said the purpose is to suppress the vote, especially among Democratic-leaning constituencies such as elderly voters. And she scorned the Republicans’ contention that the laws are designed to combat voter fraud.

“It’s like Hitler said, if you’re going to tell a lie, tell a big lie, and if you tell it often enough and say it in a loud enough voice, some people are going to believe you,” Lehman said.

… and  the chair of the California Democratic Party John Burton comparing Paul Ryan and the GOP to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels.  A statement that Nancy Pelosi agreed with.

Normally I would say something like Could you imagine what would happen if a Republican called Biden a Nazi? But since its a Democrat smearing a GOP candidate….this is OK.

Or.. Every time idiots like these use a term like Nazi for a political argument he makes it less horrible and the memory of what they did less horrible also. But to be honest I am sick and tired of the Democrats and their fake Holocaust references.  So I would like to address the violators personally, and need your help (more on that in a second).

I would like to ask Dick Harpootlian a question…I have many relatives with this on their arm:

Hitler chose that method of identifying his victims because tattooing is prohibited in the Jewish faith.  Is this what you meant when you compared Nikki Haley to Eva Braun?

Now this is where you can get involved. Please download the picture above and tweet it to Mr. Harpootlian at the SC Democratic Party @scdp and ask him if this is what he meant.

I would like to ask Pat Lehman the Dean of the Kansas delegation. Hitler did this to many of my relatives:

Is this what you meant when you compared Paul Ryan to Hitler?

Please consider downloading the picture above and tweeting it and the question to Pat. You can reach her at the Kansas Democratic party@kansasdems.

And to California Democratic Party John Burton who left the convention for Root Canal. Do you know that after the Nazi’s gassed their victims they collected their hair, their clothes, glasses, gold teeth and even artificial limbs to be used by the Reich?

When you compared Paul Ryan to Goebbels, did you mean he did horrible things like gassing innocent victims an collecting their gold teeth and artificial limbs?

Please do the same with Burton as with the other two he can be reached at the California Democratic Party @ca_dem.

Why is it so important to ask these Democrats these particular questions?  Because if the subject of their Nazi comparison didn’t force people to put tattoos on their arms, crowd them in to death camps where they would suffer torture till they were gassed shot or died some other horrible death, then mutilated their corpses by taking out what can be reused…if they didn’t do any of that, or anything like it…their Nazi reference is not only false and inappropriate, but insensitive to the victims who suffered during the Holocaust and their families.

DNC Opening Video: "Government is the Only Thing We All belong To"

September 4, 2012 at 7:33 pm (Big Government, Democrats, DNC, Mitt Romney)

And all these years we were under the impression that the government belonged to the people.  Not so according to the opening video at the Democrat National Convention, which tells viewers that “government is the only thing we all belong to”.

The party that handed us the phrase “You didn’t build that” and “We make it possible”, now says we all belong to government. Only mildly creepy.

The video prompted Mitt Romney to immediately tweet in response – “We don’t belong to the government, the government belongs to us”.

Amen, Mitt.

Democrats Drop God From Their Official Party Platform

September 4, 2012 at 4:23 pm (Abortion, Children, Democrats, DNC, God, War on Children, War on Religion, War on Women, Women)

The shocking part here is that they ever actually had God in the platform to begin with.

CBN reports:

Guess what? God’s name has been removed from the Democratic National Committee platform.

This is the paragraph that was in the 2008 platform:

“We need a government that stands up for the hopes, values, and interests of working people, and gives everyone willing to work hard the chance to make the most of their God-given potential.”

Now the words “God-given” have been removed. The paragraph has been restructured to say this:

“We gather to reclaim the basic bargain that built the largest middle class and the most prosperous nation on Earth – the simple principle that in America, hard work should pay off, responsibility should be rewarded, and each one of us should be able to go as far as our talent and drive take us.”

I suppose it would be difficult to include God in a platform that also “opposes any effort” to stop abortion.

LifeNews reports:

Democrats at the 2012 Democratic National Convention are set to approve a platform today that is unambiguously pro-abortion and opposes any effort whatsoever to stop any abortions. The platform also calls on forcing Americans to pay for abortions at taxpayer expense.

The platform Democrats will approve rejects efforts to stop forcing taxpayers to fund Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion business and supports the Obama HHS mandate that forces religious groups to pay for and refer women for abortion-causing drugs under Obamacare.

Here is an excerpt of the exact wording on their abortion stance:

The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to make decisions regarding her pregnancy, including a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay. We oppose any and all efforts to weaken or undermine that right.

And so it is… Democrats are waging a War on God, Catholics, women, and children.

Banner Weekend For NY Democrats – One Punished For Sexual Harassment, Another Announces They’ll Be Arrested

August 27, 2012 at 7:00 am (Andrew Cuomo, Brooklyn, Democrats, Ethics, Governor Cuomo, Grants, Harassment, New York, New York City, Non-Profit, Queens, Sexual Harassment, Sheldon Silver, Shirley Huntley, Taxpayer Money, Vito Lopez)

It’s been a very active weekend for Democrats, with a pair serving in the boroughs of New York City being part of some very rare activity over the weekend.

First off, Brooklyn Democrat Assemblyman Vito Lopez has been handed some very severe punishment stemming from what is being called “blatant instances of sexual harassment”.

The Standing Committee on Ethics and Guidance not only stripped him of his Housing Committee chairmanship, and cut off resources and funding from the Assembly, but his guilty actions prompted a ban prohibiting Lopez from hiring interns or any other employees under the age of 21.

That is the equivalent of a sexual predator being kept from that which tempts them.

The letter from Assembly Majority Speaker Sheldon Silver pulls no punches, providing such details as how Lopez harassed one woman forcibly kissing her and putting his “hand as far up between her legs as you could go”.  He also forced two women to continuously write to him about how much they loved their jobs and cared about him.

Here is a copy of the letter:
Vito Lopez Letter 8-24-12

Lopez has left a long trail of slime in Brooklyn, with rumors that other charges may be coming down the pike.  He has been the subject of multiple federal investigations as well as blatant instances of extreme cronyism.

Several Democrats have pushed for Lopez to resign as a result of these egregious charges, with the most damning perhaps being from the governor of New York himself.  Andrew Cuomo on Sunday joined a growing list of elected officials calling on Lopez to step down.

Next up on the list of corruptocrats from southern New York, is Sen. Shirley Huntley from Queens, who took the rare step of announcing her own impending arrest on Monday.

Huntley held an “emergency press conference” over the weekend to announce that she expects to be arrested on Monday.

She did not indicate what charges may be involved, though four employees of hers had been arrested last year based on an investigation of a non-profit organization in which Huntley had steered tax-payer funds.  The four who were indicted included a top aide and a niece of Huntley’s.

Leave it to city Democrats to get involved in a year’s worth of scandal in one weekend.

Gillibrand Continues to Lie About Off the Sidelines

August 24, 2012 at 12:00 pm (Alex Wagner, Campaign Contributions, Democrats, Glen Caplin, Kirsten Gillibrand, MSNBC, New York, Off the Sidelines, Republicans, Senate, Wendy Long, Women)

New York Republicans are still waiting to hear Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand name a single Republican who has benefited from her ‘Off the Sidelines’ website. Seems like they’ll be waiting a little longer, too.

Despite the claim that Republican women have been helped by the site – claims made by Gillibrand herself – nobody from the Democrat’s campaign has been willing to offer any proof.  As such, her opponent Wendy Long, has challenged Gillibrand to put her campaign money where her mouth is.

A year after being caught by the Buffalo News misleading voters about her Off the Sidelines campaign, Kirsten Gillibrand is at it again.  This time, she is trying to represent the organization as a bipartisan social organization rather than exactly what it is: a front for Gillibrand for Senate.

On MSNBC’s NOW with Alex Wagner, Gillibrand said, “I’ve been doing it nationwide, trying to get more women, Democrats, Republicans, all women, to again, hold their elected leaders accountable, vote, and hopefully run for office. They just need to be asked.”

U.S. Senate candidate Wendy Long said, “The question remains, can Senator Gillibrand name a single Republican woman who “Off the Sidelines” aka Gillibrand for Senate has assisted?”

In response to inquiries, Gillibrand spokesman Glen Caplin said, “I’m not going to comment on a clear distortion of reality and the facts.”

This is the same Glen Caplin that told the Buffalo News on July 5, 2011 that “Off the Sidelines is not meant to be a fundraising venture, but rather an attempt to inspire women to get involved politically.”

This is the same Glen Caplin, who in the same article said, “It is very transparent that it is Gillibrand for Senate.” And then just days later following scrutiny from The Buffalo News updated the Off the Sidelines site to clarify that it was a Gillibrand project, and that donations were going directly to Senator Gillibrand.

“The only distortion is the con job Kirsten Gillibrand continues to perpetuate by falsely representing that Off the Sidelines is anything but a front for Gillibrand for Senate,” said Wendy Long.

Added Long, “Gillibrand should take down the site and turnover these proceeds raised under false pretenses to an organization dedicated to advancing all women, not just Kirsten Gillibrand.”
